Can I buy a Kwiik heat pump online?
Yes. Canac, Patrick Morin, and RONA all carry Kwiik heat pumps on their online stores. You can order and choose delivery or in-store pickup. The kwiik.ca shop sells replacement parts and accessories only, not full heat pump units.
Do all store locations carry both the 12,000 and 18,000 BTU models?
Stock availability may vary by location and season. We recommend checking availability directly on the retailer's website or calling ahead before visiting, especially during peak demand (spring and summer).
Why not buy from a third-party seller or marketplace?
Purchases outside our authorized network are not covered by the Kwiik product warranty. You also risk receiving a non-certified model or a unit without the original connectors. Our authorized retailers are the only ones who can guarantee product authenticity.
Which model should I choose — 12,000 or 18,000 BTU?
