Our RBQ-certified technicians handle every step of the installation: from the wall bracket to the final function test. Every installation is done to code, in compliance with manufacturer specifications and Quebec regulatory requirements.

What is included
Our base package covers a standard installation for all three brands we install. For a Kwiik heat pump, the unit must be purchased from an authorized retailer; for Direct Air and Conforto, purchase is available only through Kwiik, by phone or by contacting us directly. Here is a breakdown of everything included.
Mounting of the wall bracket per manufacturer specifications, including level verification for optimal drainage.
Installation and mounting of the wall evaporator at the chosen location, including pipe and control cable connection.
Secure installation and anchoring of the outdoor condenser on the appropriate slab or wall support.
Installation of a pipe cover to protect and conceal the lines between the indoor and outdoor units.
Complete system verification in both heating and cooling mode before leaving the premises.
Labour time included for a standard installation. Complex projects are quoted separately.
Please note
The package is based on a standard installation. Any additional work — pipe extensions beyond standard length, electrical panel connection (208/230 V), masonry, or extra wall penetrations — will be clearly listed in your quote. The final electrical connection must be performed by a qualified electrician and is not included in the base package.
