Applicable warranties
The warranties that apply to Kwiik heat pumps, and their respective durations, are listed below. The complete exemption notice follows this table.

| Legal warranty of good working order | 6 years, for new heat pumps delivered on or after 5 October 2026. This warranty is distinct from the warranty of availability; the exemption notice has no effect on it. |
Exemption notice — warranty of availability
For the province of Quebec only - Notice concerning the warranty of availability of replacement parts, repair services, and information necessary for the maintenance or repair (section 39 of the Consumer Protection Act): Kwiik Konek Inc., including its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, insurers, successors and assigns (“Kwiik Konek”) warrants the availability of replacement parts, repair services, and information necessary for the maintenance or repair of its products strictly according to the following terms:
- Replacement parts and repair services (excluding the compressor): Available for one (1) year after purchase and not available after that period.
- Replacement parts and repair services for the compressor: Available for five (5) years after purchase and not available after that period.
- Information necessary for maintenance or repair: Available to consumers for a reasonable period.
Beyond the terms described above, Kwiik Konek does not warrant the availability of any replacement parts or any repair services necessary for the maintenance or repair of its products. This notice applies to all products manufactured, imported, advertised or sold by Kwiik Konek, unless expressly stipulated otherwise in writing.
